To reach this system of logging road trails drive north from Heriot Bay for about 15 minutes, drive past the Granite Bay Road turnoff on your left and a half-mile later at the bottom of a big hill drive past the Open Bay Main turnoff on your left. Keep going for about another half-mile or so and on your left you will see the sign shown below.

You park here and walk or bike to the feature of your choice as shown on this colourful map. There are other ways into this trail system, as shown on the map. More information on this recreation area will be coming to this web-page later this year after quadraislandtrails,ca admin has been to explore and photograph this great area.
